Delete Your Account

You can delete your OverUnder AI account and its associated data at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a deletion request.

Delete from within the app

Open the OverUnder AI app and sign in.
Go to Account (your profile).
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, or include the user ID shown on your Account page. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, and usually within a few business days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

your account and login identity (email, Google, or Apple);
your saved coupons, picks, and credit balance;
your push-notification tokens and preferences;
the personal data we hold about you.

Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently removed, except where longer retention is required by law. This mirrors our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active paid subscription, because billing is managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel your subscription separately in your store account to avoid further charges. Payment records held by the store and by RevenueCat are retained by those providers under their own policies.
