These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OverUnder AI application (the "Application"), a freemium sports-prediction service created by Over Under Labs (the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

1. Eligibility

The Application is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Nature of the Service — No Guarantee, Not Betting Advice

The Application provides statistical predictions and probabilities for football matches, generated by AI and machine-learning models from historical data. This content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Predictions are estimates. We make no guarantee as to their accuracy, completeness, or outcome, and past performance does not indicate future results.
The Application does not accept wagers and is not a gambling, betting, or financial-advice service. Nothing in it constitutes a recommendation to place any bet or financial transaction.
Any decision you make based on the content is your own responsibility and at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the Application.

3. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative works is not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual-property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The Application offers optional auto-renewing premium subscriptions. Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat; we do not process or store your payment details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies and applicable law. Prices may change; any change will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Your Responsibilities

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may expose it to malware and could cause the Application to malfunction.

Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not work at full capacity due to lack of connectivity. If you use the Application over mobile data, your carrier's terms still apply and you may incur data charges, including roaming charges abroad; you accept responsibility for any such charges. It is also your responsibility to keep your device charged and operational.

8. Accuracy & Third-Party Data

While we strive to keep the Application updated and accurate, we rely on third parties to provide some information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on this functionality.

9. Updates & Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application, and the requirements to use it (operating system and supported devices) may change; you must download updates to continue using it. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be updated or compatible with your device's OS version. We may also cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms end, and (b) you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. You are advised to review this page regularly; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
